How we work

We believe communication is the most important part of any project. It’s important for us to build a detailed understanding of how you plan to use your living space after installation. We’ll take the time, no matter how long, to come up with a solution that you are happy with. We also know budgets are not limitless, and will put together a plan to match all your needs.

The earlier we are involved in a build project, the better, as it can avoid the inconvenience of having to install cabling after plastering and decoration have been completed.

We offer a full design and installation service, from concept to completion, with consultation at every step, which includes:

• Initial consultation to identify your requirements
• Survey
• Detailed proposal with cost options
• First fix: Installation of cabling
• Second fix: Installation of components and equipment
• Handover and guidance for usage
• 14-day approval period
• Aftercare package

During any build process, we’ll liaise closely with your building project manager and co-operate with all associated tradesmen on-site.
