This Multi-Room Audio Video Installation was completed within this large detached family home which included an integrated multi room audio system, home cinema, lighting control and a high definition video system. The property was being completely renovated from the brickwork up, so the opportunity to add the Smart Home automation system infrastructure was at first-fix stage.

Home Cinema Installation with 3D

This beautiful barn conversion in York, West Yorkshire, had an existing multi-room audio system installed with a small cinema room based around a 50″ Plasma and 5.1 surround sound system. The client wanted to transform the room into a full-blown Home Cinema Installation suitable for all the family to use for viewing sports and films in. With some of the cabling already in place, we designed a system around this whilst retaining the Plasma TV for normal TV viewing if required.

Home Audio Visual System with lighting control

This detached property was being extended at the rear to give a large kitchen and living area for all the family to enjoy. The client wanted a home audio visual system with lighting control consisting of a large plasma screen, 5.1 surround sound, iPod dock, lighting control and external speakers on the patio. We also added a security package to the project allowing the CCTV camera images to be viewed on any TV in the house.

Home cinema room and lighting control installation that provides this family with an entertaining place to relax. Having recently purchased the 18th century farmhouse, plans were hatched to add features to the land around the property, which meant tearing up much of the beautifully maintained billiard table smooth lawns. This included the building of a detached sports pavilion and games room with playroom and fuel store and formation of tennis court. Our remit was in and around the sports pavilion, providing an audio, video and lighting system for the building whilst providing music externally and around the existing swimming pool area.

Home Automation and Home Cinema installation

The ‘AMX Home Automation Installation’ within this extensive 5 bedroom detached home showcases almost every element of control and automation integrated within it including a multi-room audio system, automated home cinema, lighting control, CCTV, DVD storage, key-less door entry, automated window treatments [including blinds, curtains and frosting windows], a high definition video system and full heating control system. Externally the gates, garage doors, external lighting and water features can be controlled using one of the many AMX touch panels.

Home Automation with Home Cinema & Lighting Control

This 8,500sq ft new build property was given the full treatment with a high definition distribution system allowing each room to view Sky HD or Apple TV, home automation from Control4 using iPod’s and iPads to control lighting, audio, video etc. Every room has music and Lutron lighting control with the 3D cinema using a JVC projector and 3,000mm fixed screen concealing the front channels of the 7.1 surround sound system.
