The house features three outdoor audio zones which include 6 subwoofers to really help those party vibes, of course, the lighting is integrated to allow for seasonal changes to the vibe of the villa, and scenes allow the homeowner to really set the scene for outdoor eating or even a pool party. Finally, it was super important to manage the property from anywhere in the world, so everything from the heating, AC and security can be set and unset from wherever they are located. This is a high-performing smart home that is ready for any holiday, event or downtime the client is looking for.
