Lighting does more for a home than almost anything else we install, and it’s the thing most often got wrong — a whitewash of downlights, the wrong colour temperature, fittings that fight the architecture rather than supporting it. We are a Lutron Gold Dealer, the highest accreditation Lutron awards, and we’ve spent nearly twenty years designing lighting that’s properly specified from the start: the right light, in the right place, controlled simply.
We don’t add lighting to finished interiors. We design it alongside the architecture and the interior design, from the earliest stage, so the lighting is part of the room rather than something bolted on afterwards.
Lighting design, not just lighting control
Control is the easy part. Design is the part that matters — working out where light should fall, how a room should feel in the morning and in the evening, and how lighting works with the architecture rather than against it. We design the lighting layout first, then specify the control system to suit it.
Who this is for
Homeowners renovating or building who want lighting that feels considered rather than functional; interior designers and architects who need a lighting partner who can turn a lighting plan into a working installation; and developers fitting out multiple high-specification homes to a consistent standard.
The problem with most home lighting
Most homes are lit with a handful of switches and one brightness setting. It works, but it doesn’t do justice to the room, and it can’t change with the time of day or the occasion. Properly designed lighting, with scenes set for how you actually use each room, transforms a space without anyone noticing the technology at all.
What we provide
A full lighting design service: layout and circuit planning, fitting and switch-plate specification, scene programming, and integration with blinds, shading and your wider smart home. We specify Lutron as our primary platform, with Control4 lighting and Crestron lighting available where the wider system calls for it, plus automated Lutron blinds and shading.
Our process
Lighting design starts early — ideally alongside your architect or interior designer, before first-fix electrics. We produce a lighting and circuit plan, agree scenes for each room, install and commission the system, then fine-tune the scenes once the furniture and finishes are in. Lighting is one of the few systems worth getting right before the walls close up.
Why a Lutron Gold Dealer
Lutron’s Gold Dealer status isn’t handed out for buying enough product — it reflects design ability, technical competence and aftercare, reassessed regularly. It’s the reason designers and architects come back to us project after project.
Recent lighting projects
Lighting was central to our Cadogan Place installation in London and our York penthouse project — two very different homes, the same design discipline.
