We want our clients to know us and know our business and whilst it is a business relationship, we become close to many clients having spent years in their homes, seeing their families grow up, often working on multiple homes and in some cases, second and third holiday homes. Everything we install has the aesthetics to match its performance.
Our dedicated service and support function is on hand to support your system, providing both remote (telephone and email) and on-site maintenance. To ensure minimal disruption and a quick turnaround we recommend our subscription based service which includes a remote network monitoring and management function which not only had self-healing function but alerts the support team to any issues which may arrise.
