We are currently installing some great new products into new and existing projects to make monitoring and fixing any issues that arise much easier for us to repair, thus providing greater ‘up time’ for our customer base. We’re most excited about a service called Domotz, a network monitoring and remote tech support system which allows us to monitor any device on your network. Once installed in your project we’re alerted as soon as any of your devices go offline or encounter any issues, from then we can reboot remotely or if needs be contact you to arrange a visit. We are likely to be aware of an issue before you are which is great news.
