London Super Home – Sonos & Lutron Installation

This Central London project, completed in partnership with renowned high-end developer London Projects, began with a clear objective: to integrate a simple, elegant and highly reliable smart home system into an exquisite Georgian townhouse in Cadogan Place. The client wanted technology that would complement the interior design, enhance the flow of the home and provide effortless day-to-day functionality without intruding on the classical architecture.

The brief focused on two core elements. First, a Sonos multi-room audio system, allowing music to be streamed seamlessly from the client’s phone to selected rooms throughout the property. Whether relaxing in the drawing room, entertaining guests in the dining area or moving between floors, the family can call up playlists, podcasts and radio at the touch of a button. Second, the client required a Lutron lighting control system to create beautiful lighting scenes across every room, from soft ambient evening light to bright task lighting during the day.

The chosen solution was intentionally simple, refined and intuitive. Sonos provides a robust and flexible platform for wireless audio, while Lutron delivers smooth dimming, elegant scene control and lighting that perfectly complements the home’s bold design features—such as the sculptural lighting, mirror-lined staircase, and stunning full-height living green wall. Every room now benefits from lighting that enhances texture, colour and artwork, enriching the home’s overall aesthetic.

Working closely with London Projects throughout the development, we ensured the system was integrated cleanly into the renovation process. Our team designed the lighting scenes, installed and commissioned the Sonos and Lutron systems, and fully coordinated with the developer and interior designers to ensure the technology felt invisible while performing flawlessly. The result is a property that retains its period elegance while benefiting from modern smart home convenience.
