This Kensington house has it all: a pool, gym, and media room. Inspire Audio Visual was brought on board in the early design stages to create a state-of-the-art entertainment and smart home system for this prestigious build. The house underwent extensive reconstruction, including the installation of a new lower ground floor between the ground floor and the deep basement.

This renovation allowed for a comprehensive rewire of both the smart home and lighting systems. Given the client’s love of art, significant attention was paid to the lighting design. Our choice of DALI technology provided the flexibility needed for optimal circuit management and superior dimming control.

This project remains a flagship for our business, and we continue to maintain the property to this day

• £15k – 16 Zones of Audio and 8 zones of video distribution inc
• £18k – 5.1 Surround sound, 90″ 4k Media Room
• £12k – Commercial grade network and wifi
• £25k – Control of all the above features, and more, is provided with the clients’ phones and a Control4 system remote
